LPILE analysis with Reese weak-rock p-y model to justify reduced embedment into limestone. ACI 318 shear design with the size-effect provision. Stamped calculation package for permit.
Canopy Foundation Design for Fueling Station
Spread footing design for canopy columns in variable soil conditions. Coordinated with geotechnical report for bearing capacity and settlement criteria.
Helical Pier Load Testing Evaluation
Independent review of helical pier load test data for a residential addition in expansive clay. Evaluated installation torque vs. capacity correlations and provided written opinion on adequacy.
Freestanding Scoreboard Structure
Site-specific adaptation of a manufacturer scoreboard structure to CBC wind and seismic loads. Drilled pier foundation design, Excel calculation package, and PE seal for permit.
Mezzanine Structural Adequacy Review
Structural review of an existing steel mezzanine for increased live load (warehouse to manufacturing). Checked beams, columns, and connections and documented deficiencies with remediation options.
Ballasted Rooftop PV Array, Commercial Building
ASCE 7 wind analysis and ballast calculation for a 250kW rooftop array on a flat membrane roof. Roof framing checked for concentrated ballast loads. PE-stamped letter report for AHJ.

Structural review of ground-mount racking for a 50kW agricultural solar installation. Wind and snow load calculations, driven post foundation design, and PE stamp for utility interconnect.
Steel Solar Carport Structural Calculator
Built a parameterized Excel calculator for steel solar carport structures that generates ASCE 7 wind and snow loads and sizes the primary structural members across multiple regional wind and snow markets. Includes IBC code references throughout, a corrected Case B wind load factor, a ledger beam designed as a double-overhanging member, and a self-supporting-panel check that flags when the modules contribute structurally. Maintained in parallel market and configuration versions to support repeatable carport design across jurisdictions.
SAP2000 Model Generator for Parametric Canopy Studies
Python tool to build and run SAP2000 models for canopy structures from a parameter file. Used to generate and post-process over 200 geometry variants for a manufacturer's design catalog.
Cold-Formed Steel Framing Review, Multi-Family Residential
Third-party structural review of CFS wall, floor, and roof framing for a 4-story wood and CFS hybrid building. Identified undersized jamb studs at large openings and an unbraced length error in a long-span floor joist.
PE Stamping, Structural Steel Shop Drawings
Review and PE seal for structural steel connection shop drawings for multiple projects. Each review includes a written confirmation that the connections are adequate for the specified loads.
